The decedent was operating a Special Construction Dune Buggy using too much speed the decedent rolled the dune buggy causing his spouse and him to die on the scene. The driver was not wearing his five-point harness.
Breaks on my Bad Boy Buggy Recoil blew out and I, and my passenger, began to plummet down a steep hill backwards. I had to turn the wheel and try to veer into the woods. We were able to get stopped but the vehicle almost overturned due to the speed of going down a very steep hill. I never received ANY notice of a recall ...which there was one for this issue.
Im a mechanic we had a vehicle come in with 9/10th of a mile on it and the owner wanting to sell it immediately due to multiple issues one of which is the non functioning brakes on the machine the calipers were all installed incorrectly and could not be bled of air and the emergency brake was also faulty
