I purchased two sodasense canisters from amazon. One of them slammed my fingers into the base of the [REDACTED] device when I unscrewed it. I thought it was a fluke but when I saw the recall I realized it was defective. Before I received this recall, I sent the empty canister to sodasense. Please contact them to let them know that canister is defective. Please also refund me for my trouble and pain to my hand.
The gas of the soda sense container was getting out of the bottle while using and was leaking.
can of redken guts volume boosting spray foam exploded
During standard cleaning procedures, we had a plastic 1/6 bbl. keg manufactured by PKA, Plastic Kegs of America, explode at the seams. this has happened to us twice with individual kegs. We had our instrumentation inspected and it was functioning properly. Apparently there is an installed "safety disc" that will fail prior to the keg exploding as it did....the safety feature was never initiated. Fortunately no injuries were sustained. I have contacted PKA about this and they have been slow to respond. I know there are numerous accounts of this and one ended in death. We have discontinued use of this product and I have emailed my PKA rep to arrange a potential buy back for retesting. Email sent on 8.14.12, no response as of 2:25pm EST
I was opening a 2 pack of Alba sunscreen from Costco. I split open the plastic between the 2 cans with scissors. As I was removing the spray sunscreen, it exploded in my hand
Redken Guts 10 Hair Mousse exploded on my vanity table at 2:30 am June 4, 2017. I see there was a product recall and I do not remember when I purchased it but it was definitely within the recall dates. Product Code is EX266C and it was purchased at a Head Shoppe Salon in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. We heard a loud bang and saw the can blown apart on the floor of the room. Mousse and can shrapnel was all over the floor, on the walls, ceiling, vanity, futon, computer monitor, keyboard. The walls and ceiling will have to be washed down and likely repainted. The laminate floor feels sticky and mousse got into the cracks between the boards.

I reached to grab a can of Land-o-Lakes whipped heavy cream, not seeing that the cap was not on, stabbing myself at the base of the thumb - with a lot of bleeding. The nozzle tip has 5 petals where the whipped cream comes out. These are as sharp as knives - for no reason whatsoever. Interestingly, a can of [REDACTED] has the exact same packaging with the same dangerous tip. Of course, this is a product that kids love to use also. Making the tip safe would not compromise any function.
