The students below me are using a Ceiling Thumper to cause my entire apartment to vibrate in a pattern. Which I have measurements of & it clearly shows the patterns. I have lived here for 4 years and this is not usual. In fact, they sit there and play with the speed & intensity of the thing to harass me. I intend to sue them or do whatever possible to prosecute them for this. This constant vibration is actually very harmful to my health as I have been diagnosed with Coronary Artery Disease & Chronic Kidney Disease, as well as having high blood pressure & GASTROPARESIS and peripheral artery disease this device is causing severe pain in my leg from PAD & I have a sore that wont heal cuz I can barely walk on my own floor. Seeing several doctors. This non stop vibration from this device IS going to cause me to have a heart attack or stroke. The assaulters are living in Apt 2. I have their names if needed. Please make the use of this device illegal. It is extremely dangerous especially in the hands of irresponsible & immature sociopaths such as these three people. My number is [REDACTED]. I plan to write to any & every organisation as well my House Reps & Senators about this awful product. I had bad neighbors above me for years & I didnt even think to do anything that would terrorize them in their own home because they had the right to be there as well as I did. Noise happens from just living & people should not be allowed to resort to these tactics. There needs to be laws in place for victims of this. And sadly, there are thousands of victims of this vibration device. Thank you.
