There is a company called Bleame that uses targeted ads on [REDACTED] that advertises pain free hair removal. There are several issues with this product and business. The product should be investigated as it is advertised as nano-crystalline technology, but is in fact, glass, that will cut up skin and cause rashes, burns, and extreme uncomfort. When using as the instructions direct, this product causes burns, cuts, and rashes that last weeks. When emailing customer service, they tell you you are using the product incorrectly, even though you are following the instructions found with the product. I'm also concerned, as the instruction packet tells you it is safe to use on wet/dry skin on the chest, arms, legs, back, and bikini line, but the website recommends against using the product on the chest and bikini line. The weirdest part? There are several video ads they have that advertise using the product on your bikini line. The company also is deleting all negative reviews and comments on their site, [REDACTED]. My comments stating this product caused me to bleed and scar were removed and one of my profiles were blocked. There are also major inconsistencies within their website (FAQ, Instructions, etc) v. what customer service will tell you. Another example is the money back guarantee. The main page of the website advertises that it is a 100% money back guarantee, but when I emailed customer service, they did not assist and told me I was using the product wrong. After emailing them several times demanding a refund, they said they could only refund 70% of the total amount I spent on the product. This company is also linked to other scam companies that are fraudulent, such as BeBleame, [REDACTED], and others. They are also listed in China and WY, but advertise that they work from NY. Please investigate them as they are causing bodily injury to many people.

I bought a crystal exfoliating hair remover after reading raving reviews online and used it today for the first time. I was left with huge burns on my legs and welts and blisters 20 mins later. I followed all the directions from the box and the website that even touts “painless and no skin irritation” so I was shocked to see this result.

My spouse purchased a hair steamer for me from LCL Beauty Quality Salon & Spa Furnishings phone #425-388-9988 for Mother's Day. The item is listed as "Personal & Home Use Tap Water Hair Steamer" Brand LCL Beauty Model # PRO-175-LUSTR4 . My steamer arrived with assembly instructions only and was missing the advertised free gift "Includes a FREE 4oz Bottle of Lustrous Reconstructive Deep Conditioning Hair Treatment (a $20 Value! " Upon the the first use, on 5/17/14, I removed the water container and plugged the machine in the wall. I went to get water for the steamer and returned to find a fire in progress. The steamer had plastic pieces that were on fire that were melting dropping firey pieces on my carpet in my living room which set the carpet on fire. I was able to put the fire out and unplug the machine.

I purchased the Bleame crystal hair eraser. I followed their instructions exactly, but was left with what looked and felt like razor burn type painful rashes on my legs and arm pits. They took 3 weeks to fully heal.

I tried the hair "eraser" product made by Bleame to remove hair on my legs. I followed directions exactly as described by the company and was very reasonable with the amount of pressure I used on my leg. Shortly after finishing using the product on my right lower leg (about 5-10 min after), my leg started getting red and began to burn. Soon, my leg started to swell with inflammation and it was so painful I had to ice it. Luckily I only tried it on one leg! This is a super dangerous product. I did not even use it excessively and it caused significant injury to the skin on my leg.

(02/10/2015) The consumer was using the unit. All of a sudden the consumer saw sparks coming from the base of the flat iron near the handle. The consumer quickly unplugged the unit. There was a burnt smell coming from the unit. (02/10/2015) The consumer contacted the company and advised them of the incident. She was advised that the product had been upgraded. The consumer was also advised that the product was out of warranty. The consumer offered to send the product back to the company so that it could be inspected. The company advised her that she would have to pay for shipping cost.

I purchased a styler from Nora Styler.com - basically a [REDACTED] duplicate. I paid $69.90 for the item. After a couple of weeks it became defective after only a few light uses making loud rattling noises and emitting smoke. It felt like it was going to blow up or go on fire. I was concerned for being electrocuted. I have contacted customer service as clearly this should not happen at anytime not mind after 6 weeks of barely using it and they refuse to offer any sort of customer service. This is clearly a manufacturing fault and I should not be peanlized.

Redken 10 exploded blowing the door off of the bathroom cabinet and punctured other shampoo and conditioner in the cabinet. The redken 10 bottle fractured into thousands of little pieces. Mirror on cabinet broke. Back of cabinet blown out. Cabinet door hinges broke. Caused significant damage to bathroom. Could have caused substantial injury if someone was in the bathroom while this occurred.
